POOR BRILLIANT STUDENT LOAN
A lot of poor brilliant student deprive from taking education due to financial problems in rural and urban areas. To avoid these types of odd situation Bangladesh governments can take an initiative where all banks give the loan facility to the poor brilliant student who are deprived from taking education.This types of loan should be the long term basis because after completing the education of his or her life the loan holder start his services and to start realizing the loan amount from his salary. Beside this government support is mandatory to start this type of Poor Brilliant Student loan. Because to take this types of loan, bank needs a loan of guarantee to minimize the risk of the loan.
Required documents of the poor brilliant student loan:
1. Birth certificate from government authority
2. Character certificate from Union Parishad Chairman/ Word Commissioner.
3. Character certificate from the Head Master/ Principal of the educational Institute.
4. Three references 1) Upazilla Nirbahi Officer; 2) District Commissioner 3) Chairman of Union Parishad
5.Personal Guarantee from all the Head Master/ Principal of the educational Institute.
After taking all documents bank sent the proposal to their head office.After getting the sanction of the loan. Bank branch can disburse the same to the head of the institute where the student study. In this regards the head of the institute plays a vital role.
Some banks and financial institute helps the poor student from their CSR fund I do believe this is not a good process. By this, dishonor the poor brilliant student. Treat the poor student as a beggar which is not desired by the people. In his odd situation, government should have to help at this situation not to treat as beggar.
Considering the above, all bank of Bangladesh bank's should have to take initiative to help the poor people to run the scheme as " POOR BRILLIANT STUDENT LOAN" for twenty years from his childhood.
By this type of loan, poor brilliant student contribute some thing for the country.
